CUSTOMER PICK-UPS

Should you choose to pick up your ordered items, please book an appointment with our warehouse personnel by calling: 403-243-0966. We would like to inform our valued clientele that when personally picking up your merchandise, you are solely responsible for moving the package(s), so it is necessary that you bring all required manpower and equipment to accommodate the move (i.e. protective blankets, etc.)

The client is liable for damages to items picked up at CLFD’s retail store or warehouse. Prior to leaving the store or warehouse, please carefully inspect your items as the client’s claim for damages and/or defects is waived upon removal.

Should you have outstanding questions about this process, please contact our warehouse personnel with any inquiries prior to your pick-up appointment. We thank you for your understanding of the terms and your cooperation.
